MAC OS Sonoma - Display Windows on Specific Monitors

Hi,
How do I specify which windows I want to open to a specific monitors eg. Mail to open on extended monitor 1 ; internet browser to open on extended monitor 3 etc.

Ensure your monitors are correctly arranged in macOS settings:

Go to System Settings (or System Preferences).
Select Displays.
Arrange your monitors in the Display Arrangement tab to match their physical setup. Drag and drop the display icons to match how they are positioned on your desk.
