I am running into an issue with the Tobenone 3x 4k docking station with an M1 Mac on OS 15 sequoa. The tobenone is supposed to support 3x 4k monitors and has 3x hdmi and 3x display ports, I am using the same monitor brand/model with hdmi. Ports 1 and 2 work, but 3 does not seem to be detected. When I swap hdmi/monitor the issue seems to stay with the port, ie the one plugged into port 1 or 2 work fine, but the one on port 3 does not.
Is there any case where this would not be a hardware failure? and potentially could be a software issue? or should I be returning this to amazon?

Hello,
Could you please send me the specific model of this docking station?
But it is very probable that the last monitor will use a different technology, not the Dispalylink technology, but the alt-mode technology.
If you open the Dispalylink app you can see there are two monitors, right?
