View Full Version : I have tried uninstalling the displaylink software....but still some issues.

I am running window11 and getting my Wavlink WL-UG39DK1 to work reliably is proving tricky. I often have to power cycle the Wavlink to get it to see the PC and sometime to get the Wavlink operation I have to open the laptop lid and close it again. I have tried uninstalling the displaylink software....but still some issues.

Hello,

Do you connect the docking station using a USB-C cable or a USB-A cable?
Have you tried using a different cable or a different USB input?
