Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with my dual monitor setup using DisplayLink. Both monitors are 4K-capable, but only one displays at 4K 60Hz perfectly. The other monitor downscales the resolution when connected via the DisplayLink adapter (even if I disconnect the other one). Interestingly, this issue doesn't occur when using Apple's standard power adapter with a single monitor. I've checked the adapter and monitor specifications, and they should be compatible. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Monitor: Gigabyte m32qc-eu (doesn't work in 4k with DisplayLink)
Adapter: Wavelink WL-UG6902H

If the original manufacturer of your product (WavLink) has not been able to provide support for their product, then I would suggest that you report the issue to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/755301-how-to-report-macos-issues-to-displaylink
