Hi everyone,
My system info:
Computer: MackBook Pro (M4 Pro / 2024)
MacOS: Sequoia 15.1
Dock: Dell D3100
Firmware: No Clue - Can I even check for this on a Mac?
DisplayLink Manager: 1.11.0 (Build 28)
Mouse/Keyboard: USB-A connected to the dock
I'm having an issue with my Dell D3100 Dock. Anytime I initially plug-in the MBP (clamshell) to the dock (USB-C), I have to hit a key on the keyboard (i.e. Spacebar) to wake up the monitors. When they wake up, I can see the desktop image and the mouse cursor, but nothing moves or works. If I open the lid of the MBP and close it, then everything starts to work.
If I restart the machine (while it's plugged to the dock), I won't even see the login screen. I have to open the lid for display to start appearing on the monitors.
I have the Login Screen Extension installed on the DisplayLink Manager and still nothing.
Is there any way to solve this? Should I change some system settings or something?
Thanks in advance.
