No Teams Notification when Display started

i have a problem with mit Macbook Air M3,
if display Manager started, i get no Notification from Teams. All Settings are on.

Anyone the same problem?

If you 'Allow Notifications' -- 'When mirroring or sharing the display' as described here --> https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/1932214-displaylink-manager-app-for-macos-introduction-in#notif does that help?
