No rear USBs working on M1 Pro

Hello , I have a lenovo type c dock type 40af and the front usbs are working (one usb a + one type c )

but the rear 4 usbs arent working , the hub is being recognize on mac os , but no power or signal .

I have installed mac os sequioa 15.3 (24D60), displaylink manager 11.1 build 28 , and also displayLink USB graphics software

Hi Thainersolsol,
The thumbnails you posted are too small to read anything from them. These docking stations are sometimes sensitive to the quality of the USB-C cable used, are you using the original one? If so are you able to check some other good quality one? Does turning the docking station off and on solve this problem?
