Hi

I have a MacBook Air M2 - 2022, running MacOS 15.3.

I bought a Jsaux Flip Pro and tried to run it using DisplayLink Manager 1.11. However, the Jsaux is not running as a dual monitor. It either runs in ultraview mode or when I try to run it in dualviews mode it recognizes only one of the monitors. So I have one jsaux monitor running as a mirror of my laptop monitor and the other jsaux monitor running as an independent one.

I was not able to run it as a 3 monitor scheme (the laptop monitor, plus the Jsaux 2 monitors independently).

I would really appreciate if someone could help me to have it running as a 3 monitor scheme.

Thanks!

Hi jcrosa,
Based on Jsaux's website, I see that depending on the version of the device, it may or may not be based on DisplayLink technology. Please contact the manufacturer to determine if you definitely have a version with DisplayLink on board as what you write would indicate that you have a version that does not have DL and the operation you describe is expected.

Hi dbienkowski,

I contacted Jsaux and my device runs with DisplayLink technology.
I solved the problem by uninstalling DL Manager version 1.11 (used DL End User Cleaner for that) and installing DL Manager version 1.10.3. Now it is running perfect and smoothy!
