Good Afternoon.

I have a 13 in MacBook Pro 2022 running Sequoia 15.3.2. I have a TT-DC002A docking station. When I try and connect my Logitech Webcam C930e it no longer connects to the actual system when using the Mac. I use it in clamshell mode so I cannot use the MacBooks camera in the layout I have on my desk. This worked until a week ago? When I connect directly to the MacBook it works. Any ideas or any help appreciated.
thank you

Fred

Hello Fred,

Thank you for contacting us.

Firstly, please ensure that you have connection permission allowed on your Mac.
Also, please confirm that other devices (e.g. a flash drive) work appropriately while being connected through the same port in a docking station.

it does not appear that the drive is recognized either. Where are settings for connection permission?
