Greyed out image when capturing screen areas

When I capture an screen area in the extended monitor the resulting image it's greyed out but, if I caputure the same area of the same window but in the macbook monitor the resulting image have the correct colors.

Any help?

What tool do you use to capture the content of the app window? And do you observe it with a specific app?
