I am trying to use a Dell D6000 dock with a MacBook Pro. MacOS 26.2, DisplayLink Manager v15.
The support tab of DisplayLink Manager shows 'No device detected'. I have tried earlier versions of DisplayLink Manager (1.10.1, 1.10.3)
What to do?

What is the model of your Macbook and how do you connect your monitor (HDMI or DisplayPort) to your D6000?

Hello,
Could you please check the following.
Make sure your D6000 dock is powered and connected to your Mac.
If macOS prompts to "Allow accessory to connect?" click "Allow".
Choose "About this Mac" from the Apple menu on the top left corner of your main screen.
Click on "More Info...".
Click on "System Report…".
The System Information application will open.
Select the USB information from the Hardware category
In my case I can see the dock listed:

What do you see in your case?

Thanks for the image.
It appears that your product is actually a Dell WD19S docking station, not the D6000. The WD19S is not a DisplayLink based dock, which is why the DisplayLink Manager application doesn’t detect it.
That said, with the Dell WD19S you should still be able to connect one external display to your MacBook Air M1. The DisplayLink Manager app is not required for this dock to operate. If you need two or three external displays with this Mac then a DisplayLink based product would be the right solution.
