View Full Version : Sanzang Master 10 in 1 stopped working

Hello Everybody,

i do have a problem - i also answered within an old chat. but i figured i will post it here as well. Please let me know how to fix it.
I have the Sanzang Master 10 in 1 mutifunctional docking station since dezember. Model: TP10.

It was working fine till today. Now i can't find the device and no display.
My mouse and charger is plugged into the docking station and those are working.

The privacy settings and recording is on and and i also allow the device.

Please send some help ;)

Dear Szymon - i still haven't got any answer!! Could you please help me fix the problem! My docking station is not even two months old! I do want to use it.

I'm having the same issue. Any update? It's not recognizing the two additional monitors. I've installed the drive on my MacBook Air M4. Please advise. Otherwise, I will have to return this dock and it will be the second one from Plugable that I've returned for not working.

Based on the analysis via support, it has been concluded that most likely the problem is with the hardware, so no software updated can address this situation - I'm afraid we won't be able to help in this case.

That was the last reply message from technical support:
The dock is not detected correctly in this situation. I can only suggest contacting the manufacturer of the dock.

i can't get in touch with the producer of the hardware, i already texted them 3 times.
Can you be any asisstent in getting in touch with them???
