USB Ports not working - MacBook ir M2 & Del D6000

Hi all,

Hoping to please get some advice.
I bought a refurbished Dell D6000 off Amazon, it seems to be working great, aside from the USB-A ports not working, or either audio jacks. The USB-C port work without issue

My current setup:
MacBook Air M2...
Dell D6000 ---> plugged in via thunderbolt, to MacBook
Main monitor --> plugged in via HDMI cable
Secondary monitor --> plugged in via HDMI cable to DP adapter into D6000

I've had a comb through this thread already, but haven't had any luck from old suggestions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This device is so close to being perfect.

Hello,

It's quite likely there there is a HW fault of this particular.
You can give it a try updating firmware of the dock - the latest (Dock_D6000_FW_Updater_A04) can be found on a dedicated support page:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukdhs1/product-support/product/dell-universal-dock-d6000/drivers

Note: the fireware installer requires Windows PC to execute.
