Hello,

Please for now disable low power management for your USB driver. To do that:
  1. Go to Start Menu and search for Power & Sleep settings
  2. Then on the right side go to Additional Power Settings.
  3. Again on the right side select Change Plan Settings
  4. Expand USB settings -> USB selective suspend setting here you can select from the drop down disable.
Test if you are able to select the LG TV as your audio device.

Thank you,
Katarzyna

Hello,

This is not a usual hardware behavior therefore we do not have a list of troubleshooting steps that I can provide you with. I had to investigate and based on the result of one test we can suggest another step.

In your case I see that the problem may lie within the speakers that are connected to the docking station. Please un-plug the speakers and check if you can get the HDMI audio working.

The configuration that has been created for your docking station has headphone privacy - which means that if there is anything plugged into the analogue audio output it will mute all of the other outputs.

Best regards,
Katarzyna
