After I downloaded the drive and connected everything, the monitors do not connect. The monitors just stay blank. Please advise.

i do check my spam folder every day! There is no Mail!

I did send a follow up mail to my last mail on Wednesday (18.2.) - again no answer so far!

Hi Steffi,

Based on the analysis via support, it has been concluded that most likely the problem is with the hardware, so no software updated can address this situation - I'm afraid we won't be able to help in this case.

That was the last reply message from technical support:

i can't get in touch with the producer of the hardware, i already texted them 3 times.
Can you be any asisstent in getting in touch with them???
