I have the same issue. Have you figured out a resolution? I've tried previosuly working display link docks and can't get them to connect after installing 15.1.0 (build 51)

Hi mac_admin,

If you have exactly the same product ie. HP Thunderbolt Dock G4 it means it is not a DisplayLink product - we don't support it here.

Szymon

I do have display link Docks.. We use them extenxively and have for years. This model works fine with 15.0 but 15.1.0 breaks and nothing loads. If I roll back the driver, it works again. We have several display link Docks and none seem to work on this version.

Hi mac_admin,

Is it maybe Targus Universal Quad 4K (QV4K)? If not, please specify what is your DisplayLink product that stopped working on 15.1 while 15.0 was working with no such major issue.

Szymon

It is the Targus Dock570 - Nothing works.

We also have the startech Dk31C4DPPD - and this one only works with two monitors now no matter what we do. The third one is showing in the display link app but is blank and no image comes up.

Both of these work fine with version 15.0

Hi mac_admin,

Thanks for additional info. I confirm that there is a compatibility problem in DisplayLinkManager v15.1 with products like Targus Dock570 or Startech Dk31C4DPPD ie. it is specific to 4-video output DisplayLink products. A fix is already implemented and will be published with the next release. ETA is early April.

Again, thank you for your report and sorry for inconvenience.

Regards,
Szymon

MacBook Air M5 won't recognize hub in Display Link

Using a MacBook Air M5, Selore hub model SEUCO218 with Display Link Manager but DisplayLink app won't recognize that the hub device is plugged. I have reinstalled, unplugged, checked to ensure system recording is on, etc. but app continues to say "please connect your DisplayLink device". It also does not show up as plugged into my USB-C plug in system report. It will connect only one monitor.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi KKuhl,

To my knowledge, Selore hub model SEUCO218 is not a DisplayLink device and that's why DisplayLink Manager doesn't recognise it.

Szymon

Hi,
I have the same issue. The two HDMI ports were working great for 1 year, and they stopped working all of a sudden, leaving me with just one HDMI port that is working, maybe because of the macOS update I did or the DisplayLink Manager update. I have also tried with one more hub, which is the same make and model, but has the same issue!

And here are more details.

Dock: INC015btSGY-CZ Belkin Universal USB-C 8-in-1 Dual Display Core Hub
MacOS version: 26.4
DisplayLink Manager version: 15.0.0 (Build 22)
