Still nothing. Ugh. I think I might just give up and call them to complain to try and send it back...they need to CLARIFY that it will NOT work in Snow Leopard.

I'm having the same issue with Leopard with a DS-90U; tried both the 1.1.3 and 1.5b6 drivers; same result - blank screen on plugging the display in - OS X shows no indication of detecting a new display.

I can see that the drivers are installed and the device is detected.

I do also this in the logs:
19 10:56:29 Starbug DisplayLinkManager[5250]: /System/Library/Extensions/DisplayLinkDriver.kext/DisplayLinkAgent/DisplayLinkManage
r: too few (1) arguments. Need at least a devicename and screennumber
Nov 19 10:56:29 Starbug com.apple.launchd[1] (0x10ca70.DisplayLinkManager[5250]): Exited with exit code: 1
Nov 19 10:56:29 Starbug com.apple.launchd[1] (0x10ca70.DisplayLinkManager): Failed to check-in!

Any clues?

I don't think this is a Snow leopard issue exclusivly. I am running 10.5.8 and cannot get anything to display. Are there any Mac users out there that have any of the DoubleSight USB monitors working? This is frustrating!

The NEW driver here fixes the problem: http://www.doublesight.com/product/?idx=53

Glad I waited and did not return the display.

yes but still buggy

The driver works,
but both my main MBP screen and the 9" doublesight occasionally flicker to and from blue screen and active window but eventually recover after a couple flickers.

Anyone else with this problem?
I'm running on OS 10.6.5

I LOVE this monitor but the flickering has to go!

Any ideas?
