Hi Alban,

I received the link to the M3 drivers this morning; once installed and after running auto adjust on my monitor the Toshiba Dynadock-U appears to be working as designed and its nice to have the displaylink icon back on the task bar. Glad I didn't throw the Dynadock out of my window, but it probably is time for me to start to consider a replacement soon.

Thank you for your help and I look forward to the official update via a Windows 10 accumulative update.

Update: I have updated all Windows 10 machines and other than having to press the auto adjust button on the screen when ever I switch from a windows 10 machine and a machine running windows 7 or visa versa all is well. When I move between win 10 to win 7 the display shifts left partially off of the screen until I use auto adjust to re-centre it (only a minor inconvenience).

I'm running a lenovo computer with a Dell D3100 adapter. Any solution for this one yet?

USB hardware ID = USB\VID_2109&PID_2812

I just installed the 8.0 M3 Dev Build drivers and they are working from my Toshiba Dynadock-U. Thank you so much for fixing the issue!!

Thanks for the logs. It looks like the DisplayLink USB driver is not running for some reason. Could you try uninstalling the DisplayLink driver from under "Display Adapters" in device manager, then replug the device to get the driver from Windows update.

Hopefully this will solve the issue.

USB device issue

1 Attachment(s)
Hi Alban,

I have the same issue as well for my Windows 10 HOME Anniversary Update.
After installing the latest 8.0M2, the USB device keeps on turning on and off once I power up the WPCTVPRO. The USB device and the receiver will try to connect with each other for few seconds but will disconnect, and it will go on and on but the connection will not be stable.
In device manager, samsung host ready usb device, will always show under disk drives, even though i already turn on the receiver, on which the usb device suppose to switch to a Display adapter once the receiver is on.
Please see the attached logs of my computer for your further info.

Thank you and I hope that there will be a fix to this problem of mine.

PS. I've tried every suggestions in the forum and in support page but up to date i still can't work my WPCTVPRO to my Windows 10 desktop.

Hi Kenny,
Your computer is not using 8.0 M2 but 8.0 M0. Please update so you get the device driver at 8.0.762.0 in device manager. The update will be forced in about 2 weeks once the critical update has been vetted by Microsoft.
Kind regards,
Alban

ok, strange, i thought its installed, because i execute the driver installer...

I installed it now manually over the device manager, but also with this version 8.0M2 it doesn`t work :( in attach you can find the log ...

Some other ideas, what i can try, is there already a new driver (M3 beta?)?

br, kenny
