Hi,
After installing the DisplayLink software can you try uninstalling the USB network driver via device manger (being sure to delete all software for it) then re-installing via device manager? Thanks, James |
Hello,
I uninstall it... but Device manager don't find any drive rwhen i try to re-install it... where can i download it ? Regards. Eric |
Found it.. i reinstall by searching in subdirectory from DisplayLink Core Software...
But still not working... Ethernet lights flashing a little bit a the beginning and stop... no flashing lights anymore. Eric |
Windows says there is no Ethernet cable detected... but when i put the same cable into another laptop with an ethernet plug, it works fine...
The problem is really on the docking station... Eric |
Hi,
I'd suggest reaching out to the manufacturer for a replacement unit. Thanks, James |
OK, thank you.
