Arcsoft showbiz chrashes
 

Acquired the vca303 today. I can see the video and hear the sound through the PC using Arcsoft Showbiz, but when I click capture the software crashes.
I've gone through the usual update checks, and it appears OK. Only thing different to the support is the USB driver appears as USB composite device. When I click to update driver, it says the current driver is the most up-to-date.
Suggestions?
