Asus VariDrive compatibility with Mac
 

These new VariDrives are really attractive to me but google search only told me they are for Windows 7 and 8.
Since the technology is Display Link inside, I was wondering if the Mac driver could still do the trick though. Any suggestions?

Yes - the 2.0 alpha should work with this.

I just got a VariDrive. It does not work. It only shows black and white checkers on the screen. Any idea?
I use 2.2 and osx 10.9.
