Lossing USB Devices after reconnect/BSOD

After Updating Windows from 8.0 to 8.1, if have a Problem with my Toshiba Dynadock U3.0.

But first my details:
- ASUS UX31A Ultrabook
- Toshiba Dynadock U3.0
- DisplayLink 7.4 M2
- all other Windows Driver available at Windows Update up to date

Now my problems:
When disconnecting the Dock and then reconnecting after a few minutes/hours, the PC does recognize the Dock, the Monitor, Ethernet and Audio is working fine, but the connected USB devices (Logitech G15 Keyboard and Mouse) are not recognized from the PC anymore.
Also, when restarting in this state, it shows me the Message "PC will be restarted" for a few minutes, and most of the time I will get a BlueScreen with the Error "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE".
But after restarting, everything works fine, until the next time I disconnect the Dock.
If have uninstalled the DisplayLink Software, ran the cleaner and reinstalled it. But then, the Device Manager did not automatically install the Dock, I had to do it manually. But after that, the same behaviour.

Does anyone have the same experience or any hint how to solve it?

Thanks in advance and greetings

Edit: Output from Support Tool:

Hi,

Do you have the latest drivers for the keyboard and mouse?

Will need the support logs from this tool:

Thanks
