Strange "twitching" on Ventura (M1)
 

Hi! The devices with which the problem is observed are the StarTech USB3DOCKH2DP docking station and Macbook Pro M1 (same on Mac mini M1).

It is difficult to describe in words the point, but I will try. It looks as if for a second the state of the screen jumps back for a moment and comes back again.

For example, if I am typing or working in the terminal - suddenly the last word disappears, as if it were not typed, then appears again. Or when I switch tabs in the browser - the previous tab opens for a moment. And so everywhere, in all applications...

What could it be and how to fix it? The laptop has the latest updates of both the operating system itself and the dock application.
