Seems to broken in 10.14.4 beta 4
I updated to Driver 5.1 with Mac OS 10.14.4 this week and it appears to be broken again! Displays are both blank but show up in the Display selection on the Mac.

same here
Same issue with MacOS 10.14.4 Beta (18E205e) and DisplayLink 5.1 driver installed. The driver is properly loaded. The display is NOT detected in Displays settings at all.

Found out the root cause: my USB port connected to DisplayLink VGA adapter wasn't detected at all. I changed the USB port to another USB hub and it started working again. So not an issue with the driver after all.
