Hello,
What kind of product using DisplayLink technology do you have? If the device is not recognized by the computer, I am not sure reinstalling Windows will help. Please have a look at the 3rd link in my forum signature. It gives details on how to gather diagnostic information that you can send to be looked into it. Kind regards, Alban |
I am using Diamond Ultra-hd 5K Docking Station on my computer. But now the computer has stopped working,i am going to reinstall a clean Win 10.

Thank you!
To allow mix and match of hardware, we use a single driver across all of our chips used in them. The current latest driver is 9.1 M0 you can get from: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1326 This product should also have a driver on Windows Update, so just plugging it is expected to install it automatically after a few seconds (Internet connection and computer speed dependent). With Windows 10, there is no need to reboot the PC after the driver is installed. Kind regards, Alban |
