why, if you have thunderbolt, are you using display link at all?

I have a customer that using the USB adapter w/ the latest software,
and have also had the adapter replaced once for dead unit.
He states that he has to unplug the usb cable every time he wants to use the adapter after a restart???

what is the fix.

Try asking this in the 1.7 beta section of this forum and post his or her Displaylink Inforamtion output after the bug occurs.

Does the customer experience a performance issue, a temporary system hang or a blank display after a restart? Could you please ask the customer to collect debug information using this tool http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269.Thanks
