Need help choosing a 27"+ Monintor to work with Display Link
 

Hi All,

Need urgent help in finding what monitor to buy to make my office work. Here is a quick story, ended up getting Dell Inspirion 17R notebook, came with Geforce GT650M card, in addition bought a Shimian 27" monitor that only support dual dvi video cards 2550x1440 res. After connecting to Dell 3.0 Docking Station (updating all drivers from Display Link) i realized that it probably the video card.. although monitor DVI cable was connected to back of dock.

I even tried connecting directly to laptop, using DVI to HDMI adapter, on display setting monitor gets recognized as Digital but wont project, instead when you try to display to both it crashes windows (Windows encountered an error and reboots).

At this point i'm out of luck and it appears i need a new monitor, what do you guys suggest for 27" or 30" monitor that will work with this notebook as well as my docking station?
