VisionTek 8000 Dock Display Out Stopped Working After Windows Update
 
I have a VisionTek 8000 dock and as the title states the display outputs stopped working after the latest Windows 11 updates. I've made sure that all the drivers were up to date from Dell, Displaylink, Intel, Nvidia etc and still no display out. USB keyboard, mouse and wired ethernet is still working fine. I've tried all the monitor out ports HMDI and DP and no output.
I have access to a VisionTek 4510 and its working fine and all the cables are good.
One of the odd observations is after the update I noticed that in the system tray a usb billboard device was showing and looking in device manager I can see all the individual chipset drivers for ethernet port, SD card reader, usb mass storage being shown for the VT8000 but when use the VT4510I don't get a system tray usb device called billboard.

Is there a separate driver for the VT8000? I've run the displaylink support file tool on the VT8000 and VT4500. Not sure what to do next or who to contact.

Can you please follow the instructions in this link
How can I report Windows issues to DisplayLink?
and gather logfiles from then VisionTek VT8000 is connected?

Please then attach the logfiles here or send them to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com.
