Workaround with 10.7.2 and b4
 

I have been fighting with getting b4 to play nice with 10.7.2. I could not get the green light on my display adapter to light and of course the attached monitor was not displaying anything. The solution that seems to help is to unplug the cable from the display adapter and wait until the green light is fully lit. Then plug in your monitor cable. The display may not immediately work but I gave it a minute and it finally is working.
