Hang during startup w DisplayLink sw
 

Hi,
Maybe someone recognizes this error that occurred to me:
Unpacked the ASUS MB169+ monitor yesterday.
Fetched and installed ASUS MB169 Driver MacOSX V2.4.
After restarting the computer stops in the end of startup process (filled thermometer) and before login window is displayed. Tricky situation and I'm glad I have a fresh backup to lean on.
Computer: MacBook Pro Retina 512/8
OS: El Capitan 10.11.6
The attached screen dump shows the files that I removed and after this removal the computer works again. But of course I cannot us the ASUS monitor then...
Anyone that have experienced this?...
