Windows 10 Black screen after Anniversary update
 

I have an Asus VW223B display link screen - this has gone black after updating with windows 10 anniversary.
The monitor is in the list of Display adapters, but the screen is black and it does not appear under the monitors section.
I have collected logs using the tool.
How do I submit them?
