DisplayLink keeps connecting-disconnecting

I've tried the steps of updating drivers for display link and GPU, everything actually works and looks right but the stinking things still beeps over and over like it's disconnecting and reconnecting with a warning that says "USB Device not recognized."
I've attached the support files requested in hopes of fixing this issue. |
