Frozen images from screenshots

3 Attachment(s)
After I take a screenshot my Mac and Finder will freeze for a couple seconds. Currently I have two frozen images on my screen. The screenshot images are permanently frozen into my screen unless I restart the Mac.

I've attached screenshots to show the problem. What could be causing this? Maybe too many windows and tabs open? A memory issue? What could be the solution?

DisplayLink Manager 1.8.1
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)
Plugable USB Docking Station
LG 27" monitor

How do I bring this up to moderators?

This is from that link you gave me.

The link I provided previously --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink is to a DisplayLink knowledge base article that provides specific steps in order to report a macOS issue to DisplayLink directly.

Please follow the steps outlined in that article in order to report the issue.
