Monitor externo: Dell Monitor U2414H FullHD Zoom 100%
DOCK: Dell D3100
Drivers: 7.9 M3

Good morning, today I have problems when removing and plugging the dock cable.
Laptop: DELL XPS 13 with Windows 10 pro FullHD Zoom 125%
External monitor: Monitor Dell U2414H FullHD Zoom 100%
DOCK: Dell D3100
Drivers: 7.9 M3
I usually remove the laptop on the dock to go to meetings and once again connect the dock settings screen does not return correctly. Mysteriously to the external display zooms you 125% and I have to restart the computer to apply correctly. The correct configuration is the external monitor the zoom 100% and 125% portable, but when connecting and disconnecting the changes.
Summary: When removing the USB cable and put the zoom goes crazy.

Hello Pinilla,
thank you for contacting us. Does the same happens if you plug monitor directly to the laptop?
BR,
Kuba
