Dell 3100 Flashing Light
 

I tried contacting Dell but they were no help. I have a Lenovo g50-45 laptop with the dell D3100 docking station. The White power light flashes when in sleep mode. This does not occur on my other laptop and docking station. I was having problems waking the laptop with lid closed but figured out it was in hibernate. Once that was disabled it works fine. The light still flashes and wondering if it's a compatibility issue that can be resolved.
