D3100 can not detect 2nd monitor
 

dear support,

i have bought a D3100 docking but it does not recognize the 2nd monitor even if I have already installed newest DisplayLink software and do many suggestion (clean install, re-install...) or change other ports (Display, HDMI1, HDMI2...) and tried it on my laptop, PC.

im using Windows10 64bit newest update version since 11/30/2018, my VGA is AMD FirePro V3900 newest version update of Catalyst Control

can you guy help me please?
