Brand-new Inspiron 7570 laptop, Win 10 with disconnect problems

Hi,
I have a brand-new Inspiron 7570 laptop with a brand-new Dell D3100 docking station, running Win 10 Home. When I connect the laptop to external monitor/keyboard/mouse, I get frequent hangups/disconnects. I have downloaded and installed the latest Windows software from DisplayLink.com I have looked at the HowTo and tried to follow its recommendations, but I'm having some difficulties.
I have attached a zip file containing the support log created by the DisplayLink tool. Any help would be appreciated TIA, Frank |
