Display link not installing in Windows 7
 

Hi,

I am not able to install Display link software into my system, I have SD3500v docking station for my HP Pavilion laptop, it runs on windows 7 32 bit home. I have checked all the patches are up to date but still the downloaded display link stuck in system check. not sure of which device driver is not up to date.

Hello Vel,

The last link of my forum signature explains how to use our Customer Support Tool to get the logs.
If something was known has being outdated, you should have received a message. Not every element is absolutely required, and you may receive a warning instead of an error.

The log files will be zipped by the tool and put on your Windows desktop. If you upload the zip here, I will be able to see what Windows is doing.
