Screens turn blue but never switch back
 

MBP 15" late 08 nvidia 9600 chipset. 1.7 will break Lion after plugging in the usb monitor. Log in just fine but then when the usb monitors connect, they go blue like they're going to change and then they stay like that. The usb monitor (usb to dvi) looks like it's trying to connect but doesn't.

For good measure I plugged the monitor in via dvi to mDP and it works fine. I'm getting a whole bunch of errors in console every second I have the usb display plugged in saying there was an error with connecting the usb and then it quits.

anyone else having this issue too?
