Commercial Use?

I see a note in the TOS about not being able to use this DisplayLink for commercial use. I'm a web developer using it on multiple monitors. Is this in violation of the TOS?

Our products are used by many commercial institutions. Are you sure it's not just referring to resale? Can you quote the paragraph and the document name?
