Any help from DisplayLink staff for my not working product?

The thing keeps connecting and disconnecting every 3-5 seconds and never
stops...
The green light turns on for a few seconds and then back off...

It's not a laptop, tried a few different USB ports (not on a USB hub, straight
to the computer).

What is up with that?

There's a whole bunch of us with the same issue, all they do is ask for us to generate a file and send it to them, which we do, and then we never hear from them again. Last I heard they said they might fix it in the December update, but that update came, no mention of it in the patch notes, and I'm running it right now it doesn't fix anything.

Thanks for the reply
So they sell crap that doesn't work and use the customers as software debuggers?
I demand my money back.
Are all external usb cards useless like this one?

I don't need to help you investigate your untested product without getting paid.
Nice try...
Give me an address to send the product back in order to get a full refund.

Hi,

You'll need to contact the vendor for a refund.

In the meantime if you could tell me what make and model device you have I can tell you whether your issue is already fixed or not.

Thanks,
James
