Urgent need of help-Two monitors one blurry
 

Hello there.

I will try to keep this simple, as I am not very familiar with technical stuff.

I was able to set up two external monitors attached to one laptop by using a Monoprice 2.0 UGA Multi-display adapter.

While the resolution on one of them is perfect and types look very clear, the other display looks unfocused and blurry.

That other "problematic" monitor works just fine when plugged directly into the VGA output of my laptop. Because of that, I went back to the store where I bought the adapter and changed it for another Monoprice 2.0 UGA Multi-display adapter(The exact same model).

In spite the change, the problem continued and now I am really frustrated, because I have invested an important amount of money in this equipment.

So far I have done all of this

Update the video card drivers
Update the chipset drivers
Update to the latest displaylink software
Update the monitors drivers
Updated Windows in general
Unplug and plug cables, several times.
Scanned the PC for Hardware Changes
Modify the screen resolutions in all possible ways

and all that did not work.

Please advice me, I feel totally dull about what to do. Thank you, thank you in advance for all your help. I need to solve this asap, as this equipment is my bread and butter.

Ps: My computer is a Toshiba Satellite Pro L740 and both of my monitors are AOC e2343fsk and e2243fwsk respectively.
