Laptop + Targus SS Docking Station = no external monitors.
 

I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3521 Laptop
Targus SS 3.0 Docking Stations
Dual external monitors though HDMI & DVI

This worked fine for a month.

Then the monitors started coming up reversed.
Today the user tried to reverse the monitor cables so the monitors would come up correct.
Ever since, only one monitor comes up (occasionally) usual neither of them.

I have;
- noticed that the DisplayLink software doesn't come up with Windows sometimes. Every time both monitors don't work, the software is not running.
- installed the 7.5M0 driver
- tried to upgrade the built-in Intel 4000 driver, says the computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

I don't know where to go next. Not seeing the DisplayLink software at all is a real problem, but even if it does come up I don't seem to be able to get it to see dual monitors.
