DisplayLink only works when laptop screen open
 

I'm running Big Sur and it works great as long as my laptop is open. If my laptop is closed, the monitors go on and off constantly. I've searched in battery settings, monitor settings and don't see anything I could change to fix this. The laptop is connected to power when the lid is closed. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Based solely on your description, it sounds like you are using a Mac where closed-display mode (aka clamshell mode) is not supported. DisplayLink has more information here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...cos-big-sur-11
