Cant install s/w on Mac 10.6.5
 

Hi

I have downloaded the latest mac s/w and go through the install process. After selecting the mac harddrive it then just says installation failed.

Any ideas?

Please make sure to be using the latest installer from http://www.displaylink.com/support/mac_downloads.php
Every time we look at the logs for this kind of issues we discover an installer 1.1 or some other vintage software version.

If the latest installer is still showing the same issue please use http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 and send us the debug information
