Sound doesn't work
 

Hi,

I've bought USB 3.0 Universal Dock and it works great. But something is wrong with the sound output. I've tried it on windows and macos (with different drivers), the USB Sound device is active but there's no sound in headphones. Tried rebooting, changing headphones.

Is it the hardware issue?

It's best to check the dock documentation to see which kind of connector is used on the dock and in case of doubt contact the manufacturer for clarification.
Some newer docks have integrated mic and output jacks that may not work with some audio output devices.

This dock has one audio output and one audio input jack. I've tried several headphones. None of them worked.

Resolved the issue with USB Headphones.
