DisplayLink Not Displaying in Monitor
 

I have new Toshiba Tecra laptop and a legacy Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock. I've installed the latest device driver from Lenovo for dock and mouse/keyboard work fine, but nothing displays in monitor. I've validate entire setup works on old Thinkpad laptop.

Device Manager says my Intel graphics driver is working properly as does the Lenovo USB 3.0 USB Display Adapter.

Device Manager of old Thinkpad has 2 USB Display Adapters, Lenovo USB 3.0 and DisplayLink devices listed. New Tecra has only the Lenovo USB 3.0 device as the DisplayLink device is missing. I don't see a DisplayLink icon in my system tray. Resolution of monitor has been changed to numerous settings including down to 1024x768, but still don't see image in monitor and can't get DisplayLink icon to appear in system tray.

I ran the DisplayLink Support tool and appended the results. Anyone recommend what I should do next to diagnose the problem.
