No DisplayLink-enabled display detected - Macbook Pro (i5) on Monterey

I am trying to run 3 monitors on MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). The laptop is limited to 2 displays but downloaded Displaylink to bypass this.

I downloaded it correctly, and ensured there are no privacy issues, etc.

I have all 3 monitors plugged in via appropriate dongles I believe:
2- Apple - USB Type-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter - White
1- USB C to HDMI Adapter, Type C to HDMI Converter (Thunderbolt 3 Compatible) 4K@30Hz for MacBook Pro

When I go to the displaylink icon on the top, it shows it is running but see the following for Display Toggle:
No DisplayLink-enabled display detected

Any ideas on what could resolve this issue?

The external devices you are using do not have DisplayLink technology within them, so DisplayLink (the company) or DisplayLink Manager (the software) will not be able to assist you or change the behavior.

DisplayLink has a list of devices that use their technology here --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...ylink-products
