Displays not working with StarTech.com DP adapter
Hello,
I have two standard displays (Dell + BenQ) connected to a StarTech.com dual-DisplayPort adapter, which connects via USB-A to a QGeeM hub, which then connects to a 2020 M1 MacBook Air via USB-C. I have been using DisplayLink Manager for about 1 year now to use the two monitors with my laptop, and Friday (Aug 11) everything was working fine. This morning I can't get the monitors to work. They show up in DisplayLink Manager, but the monitors themselves claim they are getting no signal. I have tried rebooting everything I could think of, updated the StarTech adapter's driver, looked through this forum, etc. but I can't find a solution. Can anyone think of a solution for me? Well never mind, shortly after I posted this my displays started working again. I can't tell what, if anything, I did that fixed the issue. I would delete this post if I could but can't find a delete option =)
