Windows 7 Install Problem with 2.0 Graphic Adapter?
 

Hi all
I have recently bought a USB 2.0 Graphic Adapter for my desktop computer running Windows 7 32bit.

I was first having problems installing the drivers as everytime I connected it windows was saying "Device could not be installed" I then thought it was due to not having service pack 1 installed which I now have done and the drivers have installed.

the problem i am having now is the when its connected I cannot see the second screen in the moitor setting (screen resoltion etc), the little green light on the adapor unit is flashing so its picked it up....

anyway I checked in device manager and the device has installed correctly I have even tried it on my friends computer and it works suggesting its a system problem..

anyone have any ideas :(

Your best bet is to attach logs showing the issue - see the other posts for details.
